Welcome to Our Practice

Are you wrestling with worry, ruminating and negative thoughts, fear, doubt, sadness, or sleep disruption? Are you having difficulty staying sober or drinking more than you realized? Think Bright Therapy can help you develop achievable goals and a healthy support system to increase healthy lifestyle habits and decrease relapse potential.

Think Bright Therapy works with individual clients and groups ages 18 years or older to address mental health and substance use disorders. We specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Think Bright Therapy incorporates a whole health approach towards behavior and drug addiction, including psychotherapy, neurofeedback, breathing and mindfulness skills, and integrated medicine to heal the entire body.
